Abstract
This reaserch to know how quality service of satisfiying from consurnenr in PT. Manggar Nusa Yasa, and in addition to know what the first priority attribute to re pair by the company. This research took 30 ramdom respondent expedition· service com ipany PT.Manggar Nusa Yasa, so the attribute can do a communicate effective with the customer in an open manner have the top of appropriate degree. Whereas, the lower r appropriate deg ee in attribute which is take care as individual to customer expedition sen,ice in an good manner.
