Abstract

The study was determined the relationship between aspects of job training and motivation of participants. Samples taken as many as 67 people from 206 employees in Kelurahan Tengah are Convenience Sampling. Aspects of training include instructor training, training materials, training methods, evaluation, facilities and services as an independent variable. Trainee motivation includes intrinsic factors and extrinsic factors as the dependent variable. The results showed a positive correlation between aspects of training with the motivation of trainees. The proportion of these relationships was 12%. This illustrates the existence of factors other than job training is more dominant influence work motivation. Other factors that may be caused by new employee orientation, the compensation after the training, out of the routine daily work, and awards (= certificate).
