Abstract

The study aimed to examine the effect of Political connections, Ownership structure and Leverage on The Corporate performance of state-owned companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2009-2012. The study was conduct by using census listting SOE financial data on the Stock Exchange and there were 20 state-owned companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data analysis described using several stages of descriptive statistic in the meantime hypothesis examined using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that Political connections and Ownership structure did not affecting The Corporate performance of the company, while Leverage affected to The Corporate performance of company but simultaneously The Political connections, Ownership structure, and Leverage affected to The Corporate performance of the company.
