Abstract

This study correlational associative hypothesis testing using quantitative technique using primary data that aims to prove the influence of personal selling and sales promotion to customer satisfaction on Product Avanza eiter partial or simultaneously. The finding this study indicate the personal selling and sales promotion simultaneously have a significant impact on customer satisfaction in product Avanza. This study can be used as a contribution to the markeing management deals with personal selling and sales promotion in predecting customer satisfaction in the product in the future.
